Noise & Vibration

The Noise at Work Regulations 2005 requires that an assessment of the risks related to noise in the workplace be carried out if there is the likelihood of a noise problem at work. Employers are required to take action to prevent or reduce any risks to health and safety of employees from exposure to noise at work.  Where there are things that you can do to reduce risks, that are reasonably practicable, then they should be done.
