A person is 'at height' if they could be injured falling from a platform or higher level, even if it is at or below ground level.
Work at height should be avoided wherever possible. Where working at height is unavoidable, all reasonably practicable measures should be implemented to prevent persons from falling.
Employees who work at height should receive training and records of training kept.
Ensure employees use any access equipment provided to them in accordance with their training and any manufacturer's instructions and undertake a visual assessment before use.
