Human factors refer to human behaviour and how our behaviours affect our health, safety and welfare at work. Health and Safety is not only about mechanical dangers and hazards. 

You will need to also take into consideration the 'Human Factors' of health and safety within the workplace.  You will need to look at the levels of ability of your employees, their attitude and how they respond to their work demands and environment.
