Premises Management : Maintenance/Site Management

It is essential that a risk assessment is carried out in order to consider the risks to employees and the public caused by your works.  Does the site need to be fenced off from the public and locked securely at night?  Have you all the relevant warning signs in place?  Are all hazardous materials stored correctly?

Most activities involving building work are subject to the Construction Regulations which specify standard for a wide range of issues.
